About Me
Lynsey Bartlett
Hey, I'm Lynsey. I've been lucky enough to spend more than 30 years doing what I love – talking to people.
What started with homemade radio shows in my bedroom (and a stint on hospital radio) turned into my first presenting job in Wolverhampton in the late '90s. Since then, I've spent my career behind a microphone, meeting incredible people, sharing stories and waking listeners up every morning.
In 2002, I joined Southern FM in Sussex, which later became Heart Sussex. During my 17 years there I presented all kinds of shows, including more than four years co-hosting the Heart Breakfast Show. Along the way we picked up a Sony Award in 2010 – pretty much the Oscars of the radio world – which is still a career highlight.
These days you’ll find me on Saturday Breakfast at Regency Radio, covering breakfast shows on More Radio, recording voiceovers for clients or working on my latest venture, ChattyVan.
Chatty Van is a brand-new podcast built around something I've always loved – great conversations. It's a safe space where everyday people share the life-changing moments that have shaped who they are... and you get to listen in.
I also host live events and awards evenings across Sussex and beyond. After nearly two decades on stage, I've learned how to keep audiences relaxed, engaged and entertained, making sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Whether you've come to listen, book a voiceover, chat about an event or simply have a nose around, it's lovely to have you here.
